Clayton Mott Solicitors has been established in Nottingham since 1892. Our main offices are situated close to the commercial heart of the city meaning we are ideally placed for our Clients with easy links to public transport. We are proud to have maintained a well-deserved local reputation supported by our caring, friendly and approachable legal team. We offer an efficient and personal service to our Clients providing practical solutions to legal problems at a competitive rate.

The firm has four Partners, Solicitors Sheila Mott, William Mott and Helen Lawton together with Probate Executive John Palmer. The Partners are supported by essential qualified personnel and administrative and secretarial assistance.

The second office at Sutton in Ashfield was opened in 1997 originally under the name of Craig Sweet & Lawton. The firm joined with Clayton Mott in April 2006 to become Clayton Mott & Lawton. The Sutton office is run by Partner Helen Lawton who has practised in the town since 1991. A free advice clinic on Saturday mornings (9.30am to 12.30pm) is available at the Sutton Office only.
